She's like the French Billie Holiday. A classy and glamourous overview of Edith Piaf's dynamic career. I listen to it all the time: very relaxing.
Edith Piaf's voice has this bittersweet quality and the ability to create another place and mood.I recommend this CD to anyone. Though I don't understand all the words of the songs on this CD, I still connect with and want to hear them again.
